Der Eindruck war sehr zufrieden wie immer da ich schon öfters in dem Hotel war. Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Dad personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut es gibt viel Auswahl der Speisen. Wenn man was unternehmen möchte sind viele Anschluss Möglichkeiten wie mit der U-Bahn oder auch Straßenbahn vorhanden. Auch zum Shoppen In der Nähe gibt es auch viele Möglichkeiten. Auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe wie der Berliner Fernsehturm. Also man kann es mit gutem Gewissen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Bis bald

Terrible you have taken an additional payment from my credit card and you are not able to provide an explanation as to why. It is for a room that was paid for at check in so why has this charge been taken?

Dear guest, Thank you for your recent abidance and concerning feedback. We are sad to see your negative rating and we are deeply sorry for the hassle with the double charge of one of the rooms. As a matter of course we would like to take the opportunity and explain the incident. First of all we want you to know that the additional payment on the credit card actually is only a blocked amount caused by a system failure. On the arrival day we ask our guest if they want to pay for their stay right away of on the check out day. If they decide to pay later we ask for a credit card as a guarantee. Our system then authorizes the amount of the reservation which will automatically convert into an actual payment after check out. Unfortunately for one of your booked rooms it didn't work out the way it should and used to but we promise to check the issue immediately. Please rest assured that authorizations will always be released within one month depending on the guests bank institute. It was certainly not a bad intention on our part and we really regret the unusual situation just as much as you do. Hopefully these uncomely experiences do not deter you from visiting us again in the future as we would like to improve your impressions and win you with our common great service features.
