It's that simple:

1. Invitation

You will receive your invitation to the Smart Check-in approx. 24 hours before arrival

2. Reminder

If you have not yet done the Smart Check-in, we will remind you by e-mail and text message.

3. Check-in

Use the link in the invitation to check and complete your details for your stay and check-in.

4. Pick up QR code

After successful check-in, you will receive your personal pick-up QR code.

5. In the hotel

The check-in Terminals are located in the reception area of our hotels. Here you scan your pick-up QR code and receive your key card.

6. Relax

Now you can relax and move into your room.
