assez bonne. la partie parking est vraiment tres compliqué, et encore je suis débrouillard. Mais j'imagine un touriste étranger qui arrive en voiture, ca doit etre compliqué. Et je n'ai pas recu de facture en payant, donc j'ai du demander par email apres.

J’ai mis une mauvaise note car il manque clairement de personnel. L’hôtel est toujours indisponible pour répondre aux mails et aux appels, que ce soit avant ou après le séjour — c’est un vrai stress de réserver chez vous.
De plus, j’ai oublié mon chargeur d’ordinateur et, malgré mes relances, je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse, si ce n’est une photo d’un chargeur qui n’est même pas le mien.
