Not that great because of 3 reasons: 1) I queued 15 minutes for checking-in (and I felt lucky because some other customers must have waited twice as much) 2) when I checked in I asked for breakfast to be included and in the morning it was not, which I felt was embarrassing 3) I was told that I would receive a receipt by email which I did not get (or find easily... I searched for a minute or two without success)

Ondanks dat er iets mis gegaan was met onze boeking heeft receptionist Rabbi het enorm goed opgelost! Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het uitzicht op etage 38 en 40 zijn echt geweldig. Het ontbijt is naar mijn idee aan de prijzige kant.
Zou er zeker nog eens met mijn dochter heen gaan maar dan wel met city view zoals eigenlijk wel geboekt was.
Nogmaals dank aan Rabbi voor de geweldige inzet en resultaat.
