Wie gewohnt sehr gut.
Zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wissen oft nicht über den Hotmiles-Status und die entsprechenden Konditionen der Gäste Bescheid. Vielleicht könnte das bei einer Reservierung automatisch angezeigt werden, so dass es der Gast nicht von sich aus ansprechen muss.
Und als Frau, die alleine unterwegs ist, würde ich mich abends mitunter nicht uneingeschränkt wohl fühlen, da unmittelbar vor dem Hoteleingang oft ein paar dubiose Gestalten herumlungern.
Aber unabhängig davon war ich sehr zufrieden und alle Mitarbeitenden im Hotel sind sehr freundlich.

Hotel and rooms were clean, organised, good size. Friendly and helpful staff, professional. Very central with excellent transport links, train station is next door and buses a 2 min walk. Easy to get to the city centre and back (a straight walk ahead) within 15 mins, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast had great variety of hot and cold food and drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Overall, if i have chance to visit Salzburg again in the future, i may not consider staying at your hotel again. The breakfast was unsatisfactory, the room lacked a view, and the reception staff were quite impolite .
