Overall we were quite dissappointed with the ammentities and service at the property. The only plus '+' for the H+ Hotel is its location close to the main train station in Salzburg. The room was much to be desired. Shower had cold water. Despite numerous complaints this was not resolved. We later learnt that this was a general problem where many guest complaint of the lack of hot water on the property. Initially we were told that this was part of the property energy system, and later we heard that this was due to a fault on the property. Had this been disclosed to us earlier we would have opted to switch hotels. On another point we are not certain the reason for a double bed we were given two single bed duvets. When we asked we were informed this was the only they had. Not ideal for a couple. And upon check in we were provided with complementary water. Each night thereafter there was none

Not too happy with the go green voucher of $5. Could only be used by per person and need to have minimum spend of $5. So even though there are drinks worth less than $5, you cannot use that voucher. Basically you need to pay extra for using the voucher which is not attractive for us at all.

On a hot evening , the ariconditing was not working /cooling .THe staff had no information - so we did not have a good nights sleep despite opening the window and using the fan.I wish the staff could have offered some compensation -by way of little gestures -to keep a regular customer away from anger . Did not get any such gesture - except "sorry"
