Even though our wifi wasn't to your satisfaction we are still glad that you overall had a pleasant time with us and appreciated our amenities just as much as our daily service efforts. We kindly ask you to accept our apologies for the inconstant or even missing wifi signal as it actually depends on in which room you are staying and how many people using it at the same time. This is not supposed to be an excuse but just to let you know that some of our guests even are excited about the wifi. Regarding this issue we already made arrangements with our provider to improve the connection and we hope to welcome you back again someday for an even more enjoyable abidance.
