On a hot evening , the ariconditing was not working /cooling .THe staff had no information - so we did not have a good nights sleep despite opening the window and using the fan.I wish the staff could have offered some compensation -by way of little gestures -to keep a regular customer away from anger . Did not get any such gesture - except "sorry"

over all an excellent choice - breakfast was outstanding - great view from 6th floor. Room was very nice - but see issue about being able to turn on the AC. Excellent location when coming in by Train.
