As one of the largest baroque buildings in Germany, and one of the best-preserved examples of its kind in Europe, Ludwigsburg Residential Palace is well worth a visit. The breathtaking state rooms offer more than just an encounter between two centuries. Traces of early baroque splendour, as well as rococo and neoclassicism, are visible. On top of this, princely apartments, museums, and a palace theatre without parallel leave visitors to marvel open-mouthed.
