The two historic buildings were erected between 1911 and 1913 as market halls, and today they provide a space for major international exhibitions. You can get there by bus (with one change) in around 20 minutes from the Hyperion Hotel Hamburg (former Ramada Hotel Hamburg City Center).

The new glass building with its daring curved roof landscape and two concert halls rises up from the base of the former quay warehouse on the western edge of the harbour city. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the concert house from the Hyperion Hotel Hamburg on the underground.» More information

Around 13,000 ships from all over the world use Hamburg harbour every year, making it Germany’s biggest sea port. Take a longboat tour or visits one of the museum ships. It is a 15 minute drive from the Hyperion Hotel Hamburg to the jetties in St. Pauli.
