Schönes Hotel, Personal kennt sich in dem Hotel nicht aus. Parkplatzbuchung ist aufgrund der fehlenden Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter ein reines Abenteuer. Alle wirken überfordert.

Topc empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist für Touristen nicht top top, aber mit der Metro ist man in 20min beim Eiffelturm. Ich finde es den Preis Wert.

Aucune personne répond par téléphone. J'ai envoyé deux emails pour demander le early check-in.: aucune réponse! Quand on a effectué le check-in rien à rencontré ma réservation!!! Seulement la première fois qu'on a téléphoné j'ai parlé avec le portugais M. Altino qui était un grand professionel.

Bel établissement bénéficiant de bels infrastructures. Néanmoins le personnel ne suit pas ce niveaux de qualité. Moments d'échanges avec la réception restent compliqué entre du personnel qui écorche le nom de famille, prends un certains temps, voir trop de temps pour trouver une réservation, trouver une facture, comprendre une demande. J'ai récupéré ma chambre avec aucune serviette de toilettes, j'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter la réception, sans succès.

Overall they stay was above average but not great. Had a complication with the booking not being processed between the website and the hotel. Staff were overall OK but could use more refinement and be more proactive in letting you know when situations were solved rather than telling you to 'come back later'

Franchement bien, c’était pour mon anniversaire. Je le passais seule. Certes je n’ai eue aucune attention du personnel, mais j’ai passé un bon moment. La chambre m’a plue, le fait d’avoir YouTube sur la télé m’a vraiment fait plaisir et les baffes intégrées dans la salle de bain étaient une agréable surprise.

Je suis énormément piqué par des insects, par des petits animaux, qui se trouvent dans le lit. (Punaises).
Je me suis adressé à la réception et on m' a offert une autre chambre. (De 1302 à 3115)

On Wednesday 24th September we arrived. Our first night was greeted by the shower water not draining properly but we just thought this was a one off incident. That night we put the “please go not disturb” sign up so we could sleep in the following morning.
We left around 10.30am on Thursday 25th and I saw the housekeeping lady cleaning the room next to us, so I asked her to do our room which she acknowledged. I asked her to replenish the coffee satchel’s.
Upon returning that afternoon, our room was not cleaned. I must have called reception at least 4 times for more coffee and sugar, yet no one answered. The phone just rang and rang.
So I went down to the foyer. I told the staff member I was trying to call but he dismissed it, even though he wasn’t even busy. There was no one in the foyer so I’m not sure why he didn’t answer.
I asked him for coffee but he had no idea what I was asking so he got the attention of another colleague (female).
She said she will organise housekeeping to bring some up to us.
No one came.
That night we showered and there definitely was an issue with the water not draining. So we limited our shower time.
The next day, Friday 26th we both showered and it was pretty bad. I called reception but no one answered so I had to go to the foyer to report it. The water now was overflowing and seeping through the gap of the shower screen. It wasn’t draining at all.
Service men came and fixed it while we were out.
On my way out I requested a room clean etc…
I have photos and video of this.
When we returned, the room still wasn’t cleaned.
I went to the foyer and asked for coffee and sugar and we spoke to 3 staff members about coffee satchel’s and no one had a clue. Finally spoke to Federica who dismissed me without any manners but says she’d send some up. Again nothing.
I went downstairs again and finally a female worker went into a room behind the foyer desk and grabbed a handful for me. I was appalled it was that easy yet it seemed to be a hassle the previous requests.
Finally on day 3 our room was cleaned and we received fresh towels.
We were meant to stay 5 nights but we left after 4 because the running of this hotel was so poor, so understaffed, incredibly stupid, and basically bad manners. I don’t think anyone employed here had any clue about customer service, basic communication skills or how to pick up a phone.
On one occasion, there was only 1 staff member serving and at least 15-20 people waiting in line. I took photos and video if you are interested to see this.
