We had a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, some of our stuff got thrown away as the cleaning stuff took the liberty of deciding what is garbage and what’s not. (Or they were seeking for the 25 cents per can)
As a plus tip: i wouldn’t use feather stuffed pillows as it gathers dust easier and there is a chance that some of the guests might be allergic to it. (As i am)

I have been a guest of this hotel for many years. I booked my last nights (3 nights, February 13-16, 2025) a year in advance because I knew I was going to a concert. This is my seventh time staying at the H2 Hotel. I always ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the street. Unfortunately, my request was never granted. The hotel is good, the breakfast is good, but my request was not fulfilled. Next time I am in Berlin, I will choose a different hotel. Thank you for your efforts to provide other customers with a good experience.
