Please be aware that in-house we work with a dynamic pricing system, whereby the rates are based on the current booking situation, as well as utilization and any events in Berlin like exhibitions or marathons. Thus, the room rates vary daily and a more convenient booking is possible most time of the year. Also be informed that our aircon doesn't work as long as the outside temperature is under 23 degrees. The hotel is nice and well located. Cleanliness is poor and has mentioned I had a big hole on one of the towels. Also I had a problem with payment. I reserved in booking.com, then I received an email from the hotel to make the check in. I did that and paid imeddiately with my credit card. All went fine. When I arrived the hotel, the hotel tried to charge me again, luckily I use revolut credit card that blocks operations unless allowed. After that on checkout the hotel tried to charge me once more... I think this is unappropriated and makes me feel unconfortable about the hotel charging policies.

Mala: se canceló la primera reserva y sin llamarnos nos la cancelaron. Enviaron un sms a las 00:00 avisando que van a cancelar la reserva en las próximas 2 horas ( a esa hora la gente está durmiendo) se canceló la reserva y nos tocó volver a reservar a un precio mucho mas alto. La reserva estaba realizada con 3 meses de antelación.

It was OK, lots of student visitors hanging around. The lock on my room door 712 was broken unbeknownst to me. Someone broke in and stole my credit card, US dollars and my house keys. My bank alerted me to a declined purchase. Very disappointed

Allgemein hat sich das Hotel für die Jahre gut gehalten nur was mich gestört hat war der Teppich im Flur das hat sich mit den Jahren sehr verschlechtert. Der Föhn in denn Zimmern geht nach einigen Minuten benutzen aus und man muss als Frau mit nassen harren warten bis man den wieder benutzen kann, das hat sehr genervt.
