Nothing outstanding about the hotel. The first time I’ve been given a disabled room even though I have no disabilities, but perhaps saved a wasted hotel room during the football tournament. Excellent breakfast, if average tasting coffee. Nothing was done about the hand soap. Was disturbed while asleep. But good value for money, hence my rating. Certainly isn’t the 93% that this questionnaire is suggesting is my rating though.

Schade, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen an einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause nicht vollständig erfüllen konnten. Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer entschuldigen wir uns aufrichtig und werden der Ursache augenblicklich auf den Grund gehen. Meist handelt es sich hierbei um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Zudem haben Sie je nach Auslastung auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen, wo wir Ihre Eindrücke verbessern möchten.
