Wir freuen uns, dass Ihre Zeit bei uns angenehm war, auch wenn der Mangel an Stauraum in Ihrem Zimmer Ihren Eindruck etwas trübte, was wir wiederum sehr bedauern. Da ein großer Kleiderschrank jedoch keinen Platz finden würde, ist die Ablage für Kleidung der Größe entsprechend angepasst und umfasst sowohl 2 kleine Regale mit Schubladen, als auch eine Garderobe mit Kleiderbügeln sowie Haken. Wir hoffen, Sie dennoch eines Tages wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Sie mit unseren tollen Annehmlichkeiten vollständig zu gewinnen.

Bezugnehmend auf Ihre tolle 87% Bewertung und die freundlichen Worte sind wir froh, dass wir Ihren Erwartungen an einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in unserem Hause insgesamt gerecht wurden. Für den unangenehmen Geruch in Ihrem Badezimmer entschuldigen wir uns hingegen aufrichtig und werden dies umgehend prüfen. Meist handelt es sich hierbei lediglich um den Siphon, welcher nicht richtig auf dem Abfluss sitzt und rasch korrigiert werden kann. Zudem haben Sie je nach Auslastung auch stets die Möglichkeit, einen Zimmertausch vorzunehmen, sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Schon heute hoffen wir auf ein Wiedersehen, wo wir Ihre Eindrücke diesbezüglich verbessern möchten.
