En general el hotel 🏨 limpio, el desayuno muy bueno aunque siempre lo mismo falta variedad en los huevos, solo ofrecen revueltos y cocinados habiendo una gran diversidad de opciones! El aire de la habitación No funciono, el calor fue fuerte y no entiendo por que este hotel no ofrece ni hielo 🧊 ni agua 💧 a libre disposición de los huéspedes, maximo con el calor que hacia en bidapest estos dias de Agosto

This hotel is really well located and all in all a satisfactory choice for our family, even though the family room was more hostel like style with very difficult ladders and a toilet room without possibility to deposit a handkerchief - were we expected to go to the other bathroom with wet hands??. However: First impression was: Waiting 45min from entering the hotel until getting to our rooms. There was a queue of 10 people and only 1 receptionist, apparently unable to get a second one. People in front of me were complaining about rooms not being tiedied up for two days or ordering food that took much longer than confirmed - and none of them was offered compensation which I think was really shabby. Lift was always crowded and you had to wait several minutes. You needed a card for the lift - we had two for four people... Surprised to see a sign in the lift indicating that you had to expect waiting times for breakfast. Breakfast: Too few service people: Took half an hour until someone came to get the second coffee machine working. Tables were not tiedied up wet. Service people and receptionists were friendly and they cannot be blamed for the hotel faults - the management should just hire more people.

It felt more like a YHA or a IBIS than a conventional hotel but it is in a very central location and also has easy access to trams, buses and underground. Air con was excellent - a got send in the exceptionally hot weather whilst we were in Budapest. Breakfast was good and liked that it was included in the price. Bistro was OK. We came late and the choice was limited but what we had was fine. It worked for us but felt it was a bit over priced. We’d stay with H2 again depending on the price.

Para hacer habitacion mas comoda encontramos en falta un par de mesitas noche , un par de sillas y un banco para las maletas.

Hotel & staff is great.
But I made a mistake when booking and I immediately tried to solve it. They where unwilling to do it which led to two nights that I could not use. I really feel scammed from them.
