dziekujemy serdecznie za Panstwa pozytywna opinie.
Przyznajemy Panstwu racje, z parkowaniem w Berline jest niestety b.ciezko. Duze miasto, centrum, wiele samochodow.
Dysponujemy niestety tylko 4 miejscami parkingowymi w garazu. Jednak udostepniamy winietki do parkowania w okolicy hotelu. Sa duzo tansze niz oplata w automatach na ulicy.
Cieszymy sie ze spedzili Panstwo mily pobyt w naszym hotelu i mamy nadzieje na kolejna Panstwa wizyty.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Zimmer und der Lage! Frühstück ist auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig! Uns war es leider etwas zu laut, da man nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann! Das Hotel ist direkt an einer befahrenen Kreuzung mit Straßenbahn!

Wenn Zimmer der direkten Sonneneinstrahlung unterliegen, sollten an sehr sonnigen Tagen die Vorhänge zugezogen werden, damit die Gäste am Abend keine überhitzten Zimmer vorfinden.

Perfekte Lage, etwas Laut da direkt an der Straße, was uns aber nicht sehr gestört hat. Frühstücksauswahl war in Ordnung. Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein.

nous regrettons que votre sejour chez nous n'etait pas parfait.
Cependant il faut que vous nous informions pendant votre sejour qu ' il y avait un problem avec de l'eau chaude. Tres souvent sont les femmes de menage ou les outre clients que ferment les sources de l' eau chaude ou froide. Nous pouvons ca regler dans 1 minute, mail on a besoin d' information de guest.
Nous avons aussi le TV Sat avec les canals internationales.
Nous esperons que nous pourrions vous accueillir à nouveau.
