Empfang leider unfreundlich, komplett überfordert (Sa Abend), lange Warteschlange, dies hat den guten Mann aus der Fassung gebracht.
Er könne keine Quittung ausstellen? Dies haben wir am nächsten Tag bei einer sehr netten kompetenten Angestellten alles geklärt.
