It was a really good stay. The Hotel war really well connected with the city center (Marienplatz) with the metro, directly in front of the entrance there is the metro station. The room was really well cleaned.
The only problem was that the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room but just in the corridor, in the hall and in the breakfast room.
Overall we are satisfied.
