Poor, my room wouldn't lock. I had to leave to go to a meeting and was told someone would stay with my room (and belongings) until the lock was fixed. When I returned my door was still open and my belongings left unsupervised. Eventually my room was moved. During the next night (2am) the blinds opened and I couldn't shut them again, this was loud and kept me awake.
No tea/coffee or water in room.

Unfortunately, for safety reasons, the blinds open at storm, rain and snow. In a few weeks, there will be additional blackout curtains in the room. Leider konnte ich kaum schlafen. Der Wind auf die Jalousien draussen hat ein Klapper verursacht! Um 6:15 ging die Jalousien automatisch auf und ich konnte die nicht mehr schliessen (was soll das????) => das müssen Sie abstellen!
