Your way of managing your customer's lost of item (youtrip card) was bad. It is either that your staff was not thorough in their search after we informed about the lost card in your premises or that you are protecting your staff and reputation by denying that your staff actually used the youtrip card for his personal gains. If the card was in your hotel premises all along, there couldnt have had a transaction notification on the care too. We are disappointed by your team of staff on that day.

Modernes, neues Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einzig die Größe des Parkhauses war für einen VW T5 leider nicht geeignet, dies war zuvor leider nicht ersichtlich. Sonst war unser Aufenthalt perfekt!
