I had made an advance payment to avoid my son and his friends having to pay when they arrived at the hotel, when they arrived at the checkin to my son was asked to credit and debited the full amount again. At today the credit card charge is still pending

Very poor. We expected far more than we got. The air conditioning didn’t work in one room and the hotel was full so my wife and I sweated it out all night long. We left the next day as we had two days originally booked but could longer take staying there without any air conditioning. Just a really poor experience which was disappointing as we had high hopes for a great time. Again, very disappointed.
