I already said what I had to say. I think the hotel is nice and easy to access. Great facilities and potential but stuff is a big issue and unfortunetly it is an important part of customer experience.

Limited conversation area, service is sub 4 star, needed to ask for additional shampoo/conditioner, and room key stopped working 2 times during my stay. but overall pleasant stay.

Good overall but some 4 star services one is used to were missing. I guess the price compensated for it. I did not appreciate the higher hold on the card, then the price I was charged again, luckily I was well inspired to block payments and void being left with hundreds of euros blocked until forever... Please practice what you preach and take the payments only one time at payment or at hotel, not both! Also release the deposit faster!

Top modernes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Etwas außerhalb des Zentrums aber durch die perfekte Metro Anbindung ist das kein Nachteil. Highlights sind der Pool und das Fitnessstudio.

Dans l’ensemble très bien en revanche faite attention. Une semaine après l’hôtel ne m’a toujours pas remboursé ma caution. Il est impossible de les avoir au telephone personne ne répond et par mail pas de réponses non plus

Verry good, but the staf at the lobby can be frendlyer, and the parkinggarage is dificult to find. And in the restaurants its to cold.

Mega hotel. Alles war top. Die Bahnverbindung ist sehr gut, das Ambiente, sehr sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein sehr gutes Preis leistungsverhältnis. Vom Zimmer aus hatte ich eine Aussicht auf das Eiffelturm.

L'hôtel est propre, les chambres sont spacieuse, les équipements corrects. Je déplore simplement la gestion en général , malgré plusieurs tentatives, je n'ai jamais réussi à joindre par téléphone depuis la chambre la réception, des incidents également, comme ma carte de chambre qui ne fonctionne plus pour remonter à ma chambre, obligation de faire la queue pour à la réception ( encore 15 min de perdu) pour résoudre le problème. Lorsque des évènements ou des gros groupes arrivent ca devient compliqué de circuler ou rejoindre les chambres. Egalement compliqué de joindre l'hôtel par téléphone pour faire de nouvelle réservations.

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loge dans l’hôtel. Et je vais y loger tout le mois de novembre et décembre ( en semaine pour le travail), expérience toujours bonne sauf que c’est la deuxième fois que le lit n’a pas été refait et pas de nouvelles bouteilles d’eau en chambre. Un peu dommage.

Arrivé à 20h à l’hôtel, chambre pas prête, on me demande d’attendre que la chambre soit faite, 30min d’attente. On me donne un ticket pour une consommation au bar, pour attendre. Je vais au bar on me dit que personne n’est disponible et qu’il fait que j’attende car il y a trop de monde. Je n’ai donc pas la possibilité de boire un verre. Je fini par avoir les clés de ma chambre. Je monte et entre dans la chambre. Chambre avec deux lits simples, et pas de parois de douche. J’ai réservé pourtant une chambre confort avec un lit double. Je redescend à l’accueil pour demander de trouver une solution. Aucune n’était possible le car l’hôtel était complet. Je retrouve dans ma chambre. La cerise a été un homme de ménage qui est t’être dans ma chambre lorsque j’étais dans mon lit pour faire le ménage à 21h30 sans savoir que j’étais à l’intérieur. Expérience client un petit peu décevante, vous pourrez aisément le comprendre
