The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Transport is very easy as the hotel is close to 2 metro stations. The food was good and the room was a good size and very clean. Everything is very shiny and new. Very good conference venue.

L’expérience globalement était satisfaisante. Les 2 points qui sont à revoir sont l’accueil par le personnel mais également les acomptes/caution déposé qui ne sont pas entièrement remboursé. Effectivement, aucune explication n’est donné or mis que c’est en cas de consommation. (nous n’avions rien consommé sur place)

All with all nice and good but some things can be improved.
Also what was weird is that the (sky)bar only opens at 17.00 and was already closed at 0.00 while there were no other options of getting something to drink except a free bottle of water at reception. In the afternoon we never where able to find a way up to the 40th floor (skybar) from the 18th floor.

Très bonne expérience cependant le week-end d'halloween l'hôtel était full donc attente longue pour prendre l'ascenseur.
Il avait un tres grand groupe venu pour un événement qui était trop bruyant .
Ca gâche le charme de cet hôtel.
De plus lors de la piscine j'avais réservé je me suis retrouvé avec des membres de ce groupe qui était trop nombreux.
La,sécurité est intervenu et a prévenu la gérante qui leur a dit qu ' il y avait des normes de sécurité et que certains n'avaient pas réservé.
Ils ont du sortir de l'eau mécontents et bruyant toujours.

Très bonne expérience. Sauf, pas d’eau chaude a la vasque le matin. Pour la deuxième fois en deux semaines. Delicat pour se raser. Et également les Miles n’apparaissent pas dans mon appli. Les semaines du 14/10 au 16/10, du 21/10 au 23/10 et du 04/11 au 06/11. Je suis passé au staut OR sans avoir les Miles.
