Easy to get around town from the hotel. stay would have been great if we would have had better room service. room minimally cleaned when cleaned. three days out of 7 i had to request maid service. One of those days it took 3 calls and one day I had to contact the front desk 5 TIMES before the room was clean. It was 5:00pm one time before we got service and 7:30pm the time i called 5 times! 3 of the 5 times I went down to the front desk. Each time they only did as little as possible. Never changed the bathroom glasses once in 7 days. skimpy on towel service. had to repeatedly ask for clean coffee cups and supplies plus clean glasses in room. only changed sheets once (that was OK) These items should be replaced everyday. very poor maid service training! Hallway never cleaned the whole time we were there. Training desperately needed for your maid service staff.!

Goed hotel. Iets meer uitleg was handig geweest. (Over lift, garage) Nu moet je zelf alles uitvinden. Koelkastje op de kamer is ook fijn. Handdoeken heel groot: liever 2 kleinere.

schlechtes und nachlässiges Housekeeping, Sauberkeit in den Zimmern wird nicht groß geschrieben, Handtücher waren mal gewechselt, mal nur eines oder man bekam 3 Badvorleger anstatt eines Handtuchs. Rezeption freundlich, Bar war ungenügend ausgestattet mit Getränken, es gab noch nicht einmal einen Gin Tonic. Man musste sich vorher bei der Rezeption anmelden sonst kam man nicht in die Bar.

Décevant, l hôtesse me demande une empreinte cb de 100€ car nous étions 2 , dans les autres hotels parisiens c est cinquante euros, et le pire c est que les 101,60 € sont débités ….
Je prends en supplément 2 petits déjeuner, l hôtesse me propose de les déduire de la caution, et surprise je me rends compte que vous avez débité sur mon compte 101,60 et 75,60
Ça fait extrêmement cher

Un peu déçu car nous avions réservé sur le site internet de l’hôtel qui incluait petit déjeuner, parking et départ tardif mais qui a l’arrivée de l’hôtel n’était finalement pas inclus, système ascenseur complexe, étant donné que nous étions hébergé au 8 eme étage nous devions systématiquement descendre au RDC pour accéder au étages ( bar, piscine, salle de sport ) .

Nous avons été enchantées de notre séjour durant lequel tout s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sur 2 créneaux et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L'hôtel est très beau et moderne, on a tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre et le personnel a été charmant tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, tout était quasiment parfait hormis la demande d'une caution obligatoire au moment du Check-in, cela n’est pas du tout précisé au moment de la réservation et cela peut avoir des conséquences néfastes pour des personnes qui ont un budget serré et limité, je ne trouve pas ça normal
