I was not happy with the stay at all. Not people friendly. No additional information was given in how to use the room key for the elevator. When I arrived after a 6 hr flight my room was not available and no suggestion was given. Unfortunately I had to wait at the lobby with no chairs to wait on. I had to wait 30 min before I went back to the line to see if my room was available in which it was finally. No thank you, no apology. Not satisfied at all with this stay. They did not even have an iron. I had to wear my clothing wrinkled.

Inadmissible de demander à déposer une emprunte bancaire quand on réserve sur Internet de devoir re-payer sur place. Le personne n’est même pas capable d’expliquer cette méthode qui est totalement inédite et jamais vu dans les autres hôtels que j’ai pu réserver ! J’ai réservé une chambre pour ma mère pour lui faire la surprise, dépose mon emprunte bancaire pour m’assurer que le paiement sera bien fait par moi et quand ma mère arrive à l’hôtel on lui demande de régler ça chambre ! Vraiment la honte, c’est inadmissible !! Comment ça se passe si on book un hôtel pour quelqu’un et que cette personne n’a pas d’argent sur lui ? Totalement incohérente votre gestion, c’est à revoir urgemment. Ça a dégoûté ma mère qui n’a même pas souhaité profiter des loisirs que vous proposez.

All in all - would never recommend this hotel to anybody! The staff was annoyed and had no desire to work and they were very unfriendly! The quality of the food at the breakfast was very bad and there wasn't much choice! The hotel was far away from the city - we knew that - but we booked it because of the swimmingpool. The only reason for booking also turned out to be a disappointment - the swimmingpool was very cold and one of us got sick because of it. Just the Room and cleaning of the room was good! I will never come again - that´s for sure!

Great hotel, but I don't know if there's not enough staff or they're incompetent but the concierge made us wait 30 minutes in the line to get our luggage and there wasn't any line, the responsable was just not there and it's 2 pm, fortunately we had some time because otherwise we would've lost the train for the airport, disappointing because the hotel is beautiful
