Hôtel calme et très agréable, personnel aimable, chambre spacieuse et agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais très copieux.

Le check in fut compliqué avec 30 minutes d'attente. Pour un jour de concert, on a bien vu que le personnel était dépassé. Sinon le petit déjeuner est un atout pour l'hôtel, les chambres sont propres.

Paradoxale. Par certains aspects l'hôtel est au top. La chambre était vraiment très agréable et bien équipée. Mais en 50 ans de voyage, je n'ai jamais vu une queue aussi longue à l'enregistrement d'un hôtel qui se veut d'un certain standing. On dû attendre plus de 30 minutes avant d'accéder à un guichet, et pourtant il y en avait 6 ouverts. Et 2h plus tard, la queue était toujours aussi longue. Le lendemain, quand j'ai vu qu'il fallait faire encore la queue (certes bcp moins) pour rendre les clés, j'ai abandonné nos cartes sur le coin d'un guichet et nous nous sommes enfuis (d'autant qu'on venait d'attendre plus de 5 minutes devant l'ascenseur avant qu'il ne daigne s'arrêter alors même qu'on avait appuyé sur le bouton 'RC' et qu'on savait devant lequel attendre)

Very disappointing. A true waste of time:
- 45 min to wait for the check in … not possible at all.
- 30 min lost to catch an elevator. We were near to miss our train because of that.
- no remote in the room to switch off the TV …
- staff is unprofessional and not able to answer in French … cleaning staff preventing us from go down of the elevator, staff in the breakfast removing the plate while we were eating

Très bon hôtel.
L expérience aurait pu etre parfaite si ma carte avait été bien magnetisée pouvant ouvrir dès la première fois la porte de la chambre... Heureusement que l accueil a réglé le problème rapidement !
