Vous proposez 2 bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres c'est bien mais mpossible de les ouvrir en tirant sur la languette en métal. Je me suis cassée 2 ongles. J'étais furieuse et frustrée. Je les ai même descendues à la reception pour leur montrer. J'ai voulu aller au roof bar et à la salle de sport : IMpossible l'acces était refusé depuis le 4 ième étage. Il était tard je n'ai pas voulu aller à la reception pour demander pourquoi je n'avais pas d'accès. Hotel trop compliqué pour moi, je préfère le Marriott d'à côté.

J’avais fait quelques jours au Novotel Gare de Lyon avant de venir et j’ai été déçue par l’espace de la chambre, l’accessibilité par les ascenseurs, il n’y a pas grand chose autour de l’hôtel sans parler de l’absence de Clim par la chaleur étouffante

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Margot at reception was exceptionally kind, as were the other staff members we interacted with. However, a few aspects of our stay fell below expectations.
Our room was uncomfortably warm. Although we tried adjusting the temperature, it wouldn’t go below 19.5°C, and it felt significantly warmer than that. Our friends on the room just the next door had experienced the same and we also heard other guests complaining.
More frustrating, however, was the cleaning service. Despite our efforts to coordinate this with reception, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We left the room after the standard cleaning hours and specifically requested the service at reception, but returned to find it untouched. The following morning, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign turned on, a staff member entered and woke us up. We kindly asked her to leave and, once again, informed reception of our request before heading out. Unfortunately, the room was still not cleaned upon our return.
That evening, I contacted reception out of frustration and requested fresh towels, which took more than half an hour to arrive. Since the trash hadn’t been emptied and we had used towels piling up, I called to ask if we could leave the waste and linens outside the door for pickup. I was told someone would come shortly, but even an hour later, everything was still there. Eventually, I had to personally ask a cleaning staff member to take them, as she had passed by without acknowledging them.
Additionally, the policy requiring pool reservations with a strict one-hour limit was disappointing. It was further complicated by the fact that access to the pool required taking an emergency stairwell, as the elevator does not reach the 40th floor.
Most of these issues seem relatively easy to address, which is why the experience was particularly frustrating. The hotel has great potential, and the staff are genuinely kind. However, encountering these problems repeatedly on a leisure trip was not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. We chose this hotel prioritizing quality over proximity to the city center, and while the rooms were lovely, the service had several unfortunate hiccups.

For a 4* this is a very disappointing hotel, no parking, this is not even mentioned anywhere, and then you need to find parking in the street, you have to pay a deposit oer person on city tax, i have never done thid nonesence in my life, if you have questions no one knows anything.... the hotel however is nice, but everything around it makes it a horrible experience!

Es ist gut. Schade ist, dass die Parkfläche nicht genutzt werden kann und die Executive Lounge seit Wochen geschlossen ist. Es findet sich hierzu kein Hinweis auf der Homepage. Außerdem sollte das Konzept der Aufzüge überdacht werden. Ist noch nicht ganz ausgereift. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis des Frühstücks stimmt leider überhaupt nicht. Die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke rechtfertigten in keinster Weise den Preis.

Da ich andere H4 Hotels in Deutschland kenne, bin ich h von diesem in Paris nicht begeistert. Fehlende Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lobby. Völlige Intransparenz bzgl. der Benutzung der Fahrstuhl. Mit seiner Karte kommt man nur in seine Etage. Will ich zum Pool oder ins Fitnessstudio, fahre ich erst runter um dann über einen anderen Fahrstuhl im Lobbybereichnach oben zu gelangen. Das
wurde beim Einchecken auch nicht verständlich erläutert, so daß wir weder Pool noch Gym benutzt haben. Zumal ich es auch unangenehm finde in Badebekleidung duch die Lobby zu laufen
