Unfortunately I experimented the worst red flag ever when staff simply throw my personal belongings on the garbage without notice haven’t realized I beneficiated from late checkout. Even though I would have forgotten that stuff they should obviously have set it aside and let me know I forgot it. Such an embarrassment and the nightmare came when the manager didn’t realized it was totally inappropriate.

Très bon hôtel, quelques améliorations: ascenseur au fonctionnement un peu déroutant, manque d’indications claires pour choisir le bon ascenseur en fonction de l’étage, système informatique en panne à l’arrivée, …

Very nice, modern rooms but way too much complicated technical stuff: takes a while to figure out the how to turn on/off lights, how to adjust the heating etc., lots of buttons to press that are unclear. The worst is the elevator system: very odd and hard to grasp. Overall, the hotel relied too heavily on technology. The breakfast was excellent.
