Chambre et vue exceptionnelle. L'expérience du bar très bien.
Le gros bémol résidait vraiment sur le personnel de l'accueil et du bar.
Longue attente à la réception et le personnel du bar et de la réception plutôt froid.

L'hôtel est superbe, tout le monde est gentil.
Par contre faire une queue de 30 minutes à 18h pour avoir la clé de sa chambre, quand on est fatigué de notre journée et de notre voyage, c'est juste PAS POSSIBLE. Vraiment, il vous faut traiter ce sujet.

Expérience contrastée: chambre très bien, agréable, lumineuse mais il manquait un réfrigérateur pour ce niveau de prix / confort global. Pas de Canalplus sur la TV, c'est dommage.

Trop cher, peu de services, parking temporaire qui devrait être moins cher du fait de la complexité à transporter les bagages jusqu'à l'hôtel, petit déjeuner sucré à revoir (salade de fruits bonne cependant, mais pas assez complet pour le prix maxi)

Bien mais 20 minutes d’attente pour un check in pour un établissement 4 étoile, c’est impossible ! Gros bémol pour cette arrivée malgré la gentillesse de la réceptionniste qui faisait ce qu’elle pouvait et au mieux, face à un déficit patent de personnel réceptionniste, sans que la conciergerie prête mais forte face à une file d’attente de plus de 40 personnes….

When checking in at the hotel, we were charged extra for the city tax, even though it was clearly stated as included in the price on the website. We had confirmed this in advance via online chat with the hotel, and they assured us it was included. Despite showing proof at check-in, the staff ignored it and still charged us the additional fee.
There were only one or two staff members at the reception, and we had to wait a long time in the queue just to check in. After a long journey, this was quite frustrating.
The lady at the reception, who seemed to be the supervisor or manager, didn’t welcome guests or make any effort to resolve the issue. She was dismissive and didn’t get involved at all, which left a very poor impression.
Also, if you want to use the pool, you have to go to the reception every single time to request access, which is unnecessarily inconvenient.
