Terrible. I will never stay here again. I feel very sorry for the staff who have to apologise to very unhappy patrons over and over again.
On the second night I demanded another room with air conditioning. We went from level 37 with a view to level 12. I specifically booked a room with a high level, for the view. So much for the view at level 12.
Management should be ashamed of themselves for knowing there’s an issue and continuing to take people’s hard earned money.

We had a very bad expérience regardons the air conditioning in the room and also in the Sky bar. It made us feel extremly inconfortable for three days. We couldt sleep and no good solution from hotel.
The food in the Sky Bar was so bad.

the location of the hotel is not that great. as well the overal experience in temparature, extreme price paid and the breakfast is not that big compared to hotels in scandinavia.

Elevators are complex.
Staff is mainly not friendly ( only the manager guy with suit)

Attente interminable à la réception
Impossible de joindre la réception depuis la chambre ils ne répondent pas
Demande serviette supplémentaires, elles n'ont jamais été apportées
Le service petit déjeuner est deplorable on vient prendre les assiettes alors que l'on est en train de déjeuner

The hotel is nicely designed and the rooms a re comfortable. The check-in experience is a disaster - if I arrive around 8 pm and I have to wait for 30 min to get check-in done, then you destroy the hotel experience. Besides that the breakfast room is narrow, with too many people and noise...it creates a feeling like to be in a company cantine, but not in a 4 star hotel.
