Mein Aufenthalt begann mit ewigen Wartezeiten beim Check-In (über 30 Minuten) und überfordert wirkenden Mitarbeitern, die an der Rezeption tätig waren. Auf meine Mitteilung, dass wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen schon früher abreisen müssen wurde nur mit Schulterzucken reagiert. Entgegenkommen wurde weder beim Check-In noch beim Check-Out signalisiert bzw. keine Lösung gesucht. Beim Check-Out wurde mir keine Rechnung vorgelegt und auch das Versprechen, mir diese spätestens am nächsten Tag per E-Mail auszustellen nicht eingehaltne. Meines Empfindens nach kommt hier klar zum Ausdruck, dass der Gast "stört". Mein Vergleich mit anderen Hotels/Hotelketten zeigt, dass der Umgang mit irgendwie schwierigen Situationen auch anders geht und hält mich ganz klar davon ab, das Hotel für künftige Aufenthalte in Erwägung zu ziehen.

Une très longue attente pour avoir la chambre (25minutes). On me sort de la file d'attente alors que je suis le client suivant à passer pour aller à un autre comptoir, mais au final en arrivant au comptoir une autre cliente passe devant, et je perds encore du temps... La personne qui fait mon check in refuse de me donner une facture car il faut la faire impérativement à la sortie, ne me donne pas certaines infos (bar, piscine ou encore wifi... J'ai fait sans !)... Ceci est un RED FLAG, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Sad because of not getting hair dryer. Also did not like that the housekeeping brought only one towel when they visited and there was three girls. Also had a disturbing noice what made us get no sleep. The noice was technical issue in the bathroom ceiling. Techical man came to fix but after 10hours it started again. There was no point for us to ask him come again because in the first place had to wait 2days for him to come.

Schönes Hotel, Personal kennt sich in dem Hotel nicht aus. Parkplatzbuchung ist aufgrund der fehlenden Kenntnisse der Mitarbeiter ein reines Abenteuer. Alle wirken überfordert.

Aucune personne répond par téléphone. J'ai envoyé deux emails pour demander le early check-in.: aucune réponse! Quand on a effectué le check-in rien à rencontré ma réservation!!! Seulement la première fois qu'on a téléphoné j'ai parlé avec le portugais M. Altino qui était un grand professionel.

Bel établissement bénéficiant de bels infrastructures. Néanmoins le personnel ne suit pas ce niveaux de qualité. Moments d'échanges avec la réception restent compliqué entre du personnel qui écorche le nom de famille, prends un certains temps, voir trop de temps pour trouver une réservation, trouver une facture, comprendre une demande. J'ai récupéré ma chambre avec aucune serviette de toilettes, j'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter la réception, sans succès.

Overall they stay was above average but not great. Had a complication with the booking not being processed between the website and the hotel. Staff were overall OK but could use more refinement and be more proactive in letting you know when situations were solved rather than telling you to 'come back later'

Franchement bien, c’était pour mon anniversaire. Je le passais seule. Certes je n’ai eue aucune attention du personnel, mais j’ai passé un bon moment. La chambre m’a plue, le fait d’avoir YouTube sur la télé m’a vraiment fait plaisir et les baffes intégrées dans la salle de bain étaient une agréable surprise.

Expérience positive malgré le changement de type de chambre, et peu d’explications concernant le paiement (prix différent que sur le site, en ayant déjà payé une partie qui n’a apparement servit uniquement que d’empreinte bancaire + des frais/taxes différent de ceux indiquées sur le site), sinon chambre au top, propreté nickel et lieu/placement top aussi.
