Chambre et vue exceptionnelle. L'expérience du bar très bien.
Le gros bémol résidait vraiment sur le personnel de l'accueil et du bar.
Longue attente à la réception et le personnel du bar et de la réception plutôt froid.

L'hôtel est superbe, tout le monde est gentil.
Par contre faire une queue de 30 minutes à 18h pour avoir la clé de sa chambre, quand on est fatigué de notre journée et de notre voyage, c'est juste PAS POSSIBLE. Vraiment, il vous faut traiter ce sujet.

Bien mais 20 minutes d’attente pour un check in pour un établissement 4 étoile, c’est impossible ! Gros bémol pour cette arrivée malgré la gentillesse de la réceptionniste qui faisait ce qu’elle pouvait et au mieux, face à un déficit patent de personnel réceptionniste, sans que la conciergerie prête mais forte face à une file d’attente de plus de 40 personnes….

Tout était très bien, accueil parfait !
Sauf la piscine!
Nous chosissons un hotel avec piscine, pour la piscine mais l eau était TRES froide , tous les clients présents avaient le même point de vue.
Pas de serviette ! A l accueil on nous dit qu il n y en a plus !
