Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. It took 30 minutes to checkmus in. Room is tiny. Shower is literally next to bed. Air conditioning stopped working at night.

J'avais réservé le parking lors de ma réservation il y a un mois par telephone et quand je suis arrivée pas de réservation de parking à mon nom et du coup plus de place d'où le fait que le réceptionniste n'a pas été agréable car n'a même pas essayer de trouver une solution ou autre mise à par me donner une adresse de parking à plus de 1km de l'hôtel en me disant qu'il a que ça à me proposer en me prenant de haut.

J’ai apprécié mon séjour à l’hôtel, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel était gentil et à l’écoute. Le seul point négatif est le grand temps d’attente pour le check-in et le check-out.

Stressante : quand on vient pour raisons professionnelles et qu'on découvre que rien n'a été fait, cela n'aide pas à être serein. Entre la porte du bâtiment fermé à 9h du matin ne permettant pas aux participants de rentrer, la salle qui ne ferme pas et les problèmes de réservation des chambres, tout notre groupe a été unanime: PLUS JAMAIS!

Beaucoup trop d'attente au check in !!
Sandwich et boisson facturé dans le pack "stade de France" alors que nous ne l'avons jamais eu !!
Aucun moyen de réserver le parking qui est pourtant sur réservation !!
Heureusement l'hôtel est beau et le personnel agréable ! Ça remonte les petits soucis d'organisation !

1h30 d'attente dans le hall avant de pouvoir avoir accès à la chambre, cela reste incompréhensible... La Forte affluence due au concert au Stade de France ne justifie pas le manque d'organisation. Seulement 2 réceptionnistes et Presque 10min par personne...
