Hôtel propre et rapide d’accès stade de France mais manque d’information pour les ascenseurs, cartes qui ne fonctionnent pas pour la piscine il fallait repasser à la réception en serviette chose que l’on ne voulait pas faire.. et pas de climatisation dans la chambre plus de 25 degrés impossible de dormir !!!

Wäre ich kein Stammkunde in den H-Hotels, würde ich nie wieder einen Fuß in einen der Hotels setzen. Ich weiß zum Glück, dass dieses Hotel eine Ausnahme darstellt. Hier funktionierte nichts. Der Check-In war unorganisiert und langsam, die Poolkarten funktionierten erst nach dem dritten Versuch, der PopUp-Store ist nicht geöffnet, der Service in den Restaurants war überfordert. Alles in allem eines meiner schlechtesten Hotelerlebnisse und dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder betreten

Experience désastreuse.. !!!..hotel récent mais aucune organisation du personnel..a notre arrivée à 15 h..10 personnes attendent...pour 7 membres du personnel incompétent. .sans parler du parking facture 35 euros..sans surveillance..et sans accès. On a cherché notre voiture pour repartir et attendu 30 minutes avant de pouvoir sortir...!!!..je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Ausblick sehr schön. Das Hotel hat Potenzial, nur aktuell gibt es noch zu viele Baustellen. Angefangen beim Parkplatz, zu den „buggy“ Fahrstühlen und dem fließendem Wasser. Ich hoffe die Hotelleitung kann hier einiges nachlegen, dann könnte das mal ein schönes Hotel werden

Insatisfaisante au regard du standing escompté d'un 4 *. Niveau de prestation inférieur si on compare avec un Hilton par exemple. Ce sont les petites attentions au global qui manquent, on sent un manque "d'expérience hôtelière". Exemples: attente de 10 min pour le check in alors qu'il n'y avait de groupe devant avec une arrivée à 17h, explications/ accès parking incompréhensibles, pas de panneau/ indication, obligé de se garer avec warning 15 min avec risque de se prendre un PV car impossible de récupérer le badge sans avoir fait le check in malgré la demande, tournage en rond en voiture autour de l'immeuble et dans le sous-terrain pour s'y retrouver - je n'imagine pas un non-francophone y arriver !), accès aux ascenseurs pas intuitif (obligé de revenir à l'accueil pour demander le fonctionnement). Voisin de chambre au pas très lourd dans la nuit... Bar inaccessible et fermé car trop de monde apparemment ! Petit-déjeuner fouillis, trop de monde, une seule machine à café avec une attente interminable, produits de très très basse qualité (fromages, bacon, fruits). Etonnée de devoir déposer une caution de 50€ à l'arrivée (jamais vu ça ailleurs, impression de manque de confiance envers le client). Ce sont ces petits détails qui font la différence avec un grand hôtel. Points positifs: très belle chambre, lit confortable, personnel aimable. On est dans un grand hôtel mais on s'y sent comme un client en masse, à la chaîne.

Dans le global, les prestations de l’hôtel sont plutôt positifs. La salle de sport l’a vu le bar mais malheureusement le petit déjeuner le matin pour commencer la journée n’est pas fameux. La chambre correct. Malheureusement j’ai oublié mon sèche cheveux et ils arrivent pas à le trouver. Dommage pour ce service.

1st - The hotel gave us a room for 3 with a room with a open concept shower ... came to the reception and they tchanged the room for us immediately. Good person 1 male 2 woman 2nd came down to the reception 3 times for an additional towel to take my shower . No one brought me the additional towel .it was already 12.10am and I waiting ... so frustrating. The girl on the wheel chair was very helpful with our questions...but that was before we changed our new room ... The dark girl and another dark girl and there was a boy 3 different person 3 different times requested for the towel ... Now it's 5.45 am .. still no towel .. had to share the towel to take my shower and coming down again to the reception to request for the towel again ... very very disappointed!!! Please don't promise on anything you can't deliver!!! Earlier room 611 New room 612

Il y a un réel problème avec le personnel. Mauvaise communications, donne l impression de ne pas comprendre ou ils sont . Aucune gestion d équipe. Seule la personne de l acceuil m ayant fait la facture été très gentil pour le départ

Not that good. Rabbi, the front desk staff had a very haughty attitude. Housekeeping didn't really do a great job in cleaning the room. One thing i liked though was the location. Very near the metro.

Es lief seehr viel schief; Trotz rooming list waren falsche Daten im System (Anzahl Übernachtung, sowie Namen und Rechnungsadressen), wollten nur 90 Personen in die Bar lassen, obwohl von Anfang an bekannt war, dass wir an diesem Abend geplant haben rauf zu gehen, verschimmelte Zimmer, Wasserschaden, zu warme oder zu kalte Zimmer, zu wenig Fleisch vorbereitet, obwohl das Management die Anzahl an Vegetarier/Fleischesser kannte, dreckige Handtücher wieder zusammengelegt und hingestellt.... Das ein Convention Center kein geeignetes Equipment für die Meetingräume hat, ist sehr fragwürdig.
