Il faut tout réserver à l avance dans qu on nous le dise. Un soir comme la saint Valentin c est logique mais un soir lambdas il serait bien de proposer aux clients
La femme de ménage est rentrée sans attendre à 9h
Puis à renouveler 3 fois l’opération merci

Stressante : quand on vient pour raisons professionnelles et qu'on découvre que rien n'a été fait, cela n'aide pas à être serein. Entre la porte du bâtiment fermé à 9h du matin ne permettant pas aux participants de rentrer, la salle qui ne ferme pas et les problèmes de réservation des chambres, tout notre groupe a été unanime: PLUS JAMAIS!

Very disappointing. A true waste of time:
- 45 min to wait for the check in … not possible at all.
- 30 min lost to catch an elevator. We were near to miss our train because of that.
- no remote in the room to switch off the TV …
- staff is unprofessional and not able to answer in French … cleaning staff preventing us from go down of the elevator, staff in the breakfast removing the plate while we were eating

very bad. management needs to take actions here. you cannot charge those rates without focus on hospitality. Big issues with air conditioning as well. too many things went wrong. nice design hotel that you could do magi with if you work on processes

Gros gros souci d'organisation et de gestion de l'établissement. Des heures d'attentes pour obtenir sa chambre, puis pas de clim dans la chambre, personnel totalement dépassé... et j'en passe

Très décevant, compte tenu du prix du standing certains basiques ne sont pas là.
Climatisation absente, bar fermé, attente à la réception, absence de toilettes au rdc, pas de frigo dans une chambre à 350 euros la nuit
