A little disappointed with housekeeping, as my granddaughter’s pyjamas were spoiled with some kind of stain and a bit of litter was left on the floor for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was good

It was a very interesting hotel with friendly guests and equally friendly staff. The technology could have been explained a bit better in some cases, and the furnishings were sometimes a little too minimalist. Otherwise, no complaints: great views, clean rooms, an excellent breakfast, and exceptionally helpful and kind staff.

Ordinary for the type of motel it is. Staff very little knowledge. Checkin was a problem with staff member constantly asking others for assistance and then required me to access Wyndham’s app and show her full details of points used which also showed other information. This was after she first said booking had not been paid for. No instructions provided on how to use lifts. No toilets near restaurant but down a number of sets of concrete stairs and through doors with little to no signage.  Other guests were also seen to have difficulty using lifts.

Je tiens à préciser que cette expérience a été tout simplement horrible. En montant dans ma chambre, je n’ai pas pu me reposer : j’étais extrêmement en colère, ce qui a totalement perturbé ma nuit et m’a empêché de récupérer avant mon séminaire professionnel.
C’est, sans exagération, la pire expérience que j’ai eue dans un hôtel depuis près de 15 ans. Et elle s’est produite dans un établissement qui affiche 4 étoiles, là où l’on attend au contraire un accueil bienveillant, une atmosphère apaisante et une réelle qualité de service.

My stay at the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort was overall positive, but with a few notable downsides. The highlight was definitely the room – brand new, comfortable, and with an unforgettable view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has good metro connections and is not far from central Paris, which made getting around relatively easy, although the trip to the airport on the day of departure was more complicated than expected.
Cleanliness was acceptable, but daily housekeeping missed basic restocks like coffee capsules, water, and toilet paper. The staff was kind and hardworking, but clearly overwhelmed – the hotel seems understaffed and lacks proper organization. Getting assistance required long waits at the reception, which was frustrating for simple requests.
Despite these inconveniences, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the value for money was fair considering the room quality and view. The sky bar offers a great view but wasn't a relaxing environment during our visit. I also found it unusual that I couldn’t borrow a wine glass from the restaurant – something I’ve never encountered in other hotels.
In summary, the hotel has great potential and delivers on comfort and location, but it would benefit greatly from better staffing, training, and service organization to match the high standard it aims to present.

We booked whats you so called Superior room, went to Reception with myself , partner and 5 yr old kid and they said - Need a Deluxe room and not available. They then have us the same room I booked for with €40 per night extra. I never felt this experience in any part of the world in hotels. Also on fridays as well , Breakfast closed 1000 , this is to tell customers to leave the breakfast bar. Doors closing at 0950 AM, we are in Europe , very bizarre. Also the breakfast lounge is very busy from 0630 due to this and guests were really rushing.

Easy to get around town from the hotel. stay would have been great if we would have had better room service. room minimally cleaned when cleaned. three days out of 7 i had to request maid service. One of those days it took 3 calls and one day I had to contact the front desk 5 TIMES before the room was clean. It was 5:00pm one time before we got service and 7:30pm the time i called 5 times! 3 of the 5 times I went down to the front desk. Each time they only did as little as possible. Never changed the bathroom glasses once in 7 days. skimpy on towel service. had to repeatedly ask for clean coffee cups and supplies plus clean glasses in room. only changed sheets once (that was OK)  These items should be replaced everyday. very poor maid service training! Hallway never cleaned the whole time we were there. Training desperately needed for your maid service staff.!

Goed hotel.  Iets meer uitleg was handig geweest. (Over lift, garage) Nu moet je zelf alles uitvinden.  Koelkastje op de kamer is ook fijn. Handdoeken heel groot: liever 2 kleinere.
