Unfortunately I experimented the worst red flag ever when staff simply throw my personal belongings on the garbage without notice haven’t realized I beneficiated from late checkout. Even though I would have forgotten that stuff they should obviously have set it aside and let me know I forgot it. Such an embarrassment and the nightmare came when the manager didn’t realized it was totally inappropriate.

Très bon hôtel, quelques améliorations: ascenseur au fonctionnement un peu déroutant, manque d’indications claires pour choisir le bon ascenseur en fonction de l’étage, système informatique en panne à l’arrivée, …

Very nice, modern rooms but way too much complicated technical stuff: takes a while to figure out the how to turn on/off lights, how to adjust the heating etc., lots of buttons to press that are unclear. The worst is the elevator system: very odd and hard to grasp. Overall, the hotel relied too heavily on technology. The breakfast was excellent.

J’ai été très satisfaite dans l’ensemble, chambre agréablement bien, j’ai eu un très bon espace toilette, salle de bain très propre niveau hygiène. Rien à dire les draps aussi également. Rien à dire très propre. Par contre j’étais juste un petit peu déçu, j’avais demandé peignoir et pantoufle ce dont je n’ai pas eu, mais je ne supporte pas m’essuyer avec une serviette juste un peu au niveau de l’accueil, manque de communication, parfois on nous indique l’ascenseur, avec le doigt, mais j’étais un petit peu perdu.
