Personnel attentionné mais le passage obligatoire à la réception pour accéder aux étages supérieurs est contraignant ...et comment vous pouvez attribuer une chambre sans avoir vu qu il manquait la paroi de douche incroyable !!!!

Gros gros souci d'organisation et de gestion de l'établissement. Des heures d'attentes pour obtenir sa chambre, puis pas de clim dans la chambre, personnel totalement dépassé... et j'en passe

the car park was awful (leaks from the ceiling, difficult to get to)

Très décevant, compte tenu du prix du standing certains basiques ne sont pas là.
Climatisation absente, bar fermé, attente à la réception, absence de toilettes au rdc, pas de frigo dans une chambre à 350 euros la nuit

Overall it was ok. The no air conditioning on first night was a terrible first impression. The sky bar was boiling hot too.

Terrible. I will never stay here again. I feel very sorry for the staff who have to apologise to very unhappy patrons over and over again.
On the second night I demanded another room with air conditioning. We went from level 37 with a view to level 12. I specifically booked a room with a high level, for the view. So much for the view at level 12.
Management should be ashamed of themselves for knowing there’s an issue and continuing to take people’s hard earned money.

We had a very bad expérience regardons the air conditioning in the room and also in the Sky bar. It made us feel extremly inconfortable for three days. We couldt sleep and no good solution from hotel.
The food in the Sky Bar was so bad.
