When checking in at the hotel, we were charged extra for the city tax, even though it was clearly stated as included in the price on the website. We had confirmed this in advance via online chat with the hotel, and they assured us it was included. Despite showing proof at check-in, the staff ignored it and still charged us the additional fee.
There were only one or two staff members at the reception, and we had to wait a long time in the queue just to check in. After a long journey, this was quite frustrating.
The lady at the reception, who seemed to be the supervisor or manager, didn’t welcome guests or make any effort to resolve the issue. She was dismissive and didn’t get involved at all, which left a very poor impression.
Also, if you want to use the pool, you have to go to the reception every single time to request access, which is unnecessarily inconvenient.

Tout était très bien, accueil parfait !
Sauf la piscine!
Nous chosissons un hotel avec piscine, pour la piscine mais l eau était TRES froide , tous les clients présents avaient le même point de vue.
Pas de serviette ! A l accueil on nous dit qu il n y en a plus !
