We enjoyed our stay here so much that we extend our stay in Vienna, our room was very functional and cozy, the bed linen was high quality and clean, super rain shower. The breakfast was fabulous, healthy and many options for vegetarians as well as plenty of meat selections for others. Thomas our breakfast server always welcomed us with a warm and friendly smile. He made us feel like breakfast with family.
All the staff was absolutely exceptional! The ladies cleaning kept the hotel spotless. The front desk staff was very helpful, they printed our boarding passes for us, helped us navigate the transit by showing us routes on the map, helped us enter addresses on the Uber app and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay in Vienna. Hats off to them.
Yes this hotel is tucked away in a mostly residential area, but the location is safe and quiet and easily accessible by the metro.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay on a budget.
