Paradoxale. Par certains aspects l'hôtel est au top. La chambre était vraiment très agréable et bien équipée. Mais en 50 ans de voyage, je n'ai jamais vu une queue aussi longue à l'enregistrement d'un hôtel qui se veut d'un certain standing. On dû attendre plus de 30 minutes avant d'accéder à un guichet, et pourtant il y en avait 6 ouverts. Et 2h plus tard, la queue était toujours aussi longue. Le lendemain, quand j'ai vu qu'il fallait faire encore la queue (certes bcp moins) pour rendre les clés, j'ai abandonné nos cartes sur le coin d'un guichet et nous nous sommes enfuis (d'autant qu'on venait d'attendre plus de 5 minutes devant l'ascenseur avant qu'il ne daigne s'arrêter alors même qu'on avait appuyé sur le bouton 'RC' et qu'on savait devant lequel attendre)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un hôtel vu que notre siège à changer, ce rapport ne me donne pas envie. je peux comprendre un problème de climatisation mais on préviens le client, on lui explique, on lui propose des solutions... service 4* absent

Good. The 50 EUR deposit per person per night was never disclosed in advance which is not right (I also have no idea when this money will be returned having left the hotel and still not seeing it come into my account).

Bel hôtel, mais mauvais expérience a la réception et température tres désagréable dans la chambre. Je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de mon passage alors que je me faisais une joie de visiter votre hotel...

Personnel attentionné mais le passage obligatoire à la réception pour accéder aux étages supérieurs est contraignant ...et comment vous pouvez attribuer une chambre sans avoir vu qu il manquait la paroi de douche incroyable !!!!
