Réservé pour un festival partenaire qui devait se dérouler dans l’hôtel. Il a été annulé (a priori à cause de changement de conditions avec l'hôtel ?). Demande de remboursement séjour hôtel refusé.
Le confort de la chambre était bien.
Oubli drap bain le dernier jour.
Attention : le dernier jour vers 8h je pense que le service d'étage à tenté de rentrer dans ma chambre malgré que j'ai appuyé sur le bouton ne pas déranger (je n'ai juste pas accrocher le panonceau "ne pas déranger" sur la poignée). J'ai entendu du bruit sur la porte et je pense qu'elle a été ouverte puis refermé immédiatement quand la personne s'est rendu compte que la chambre était encore occupé.

All in all - would never recommend this hotel to anybody! The staff was annoyed and had no desire to work and they were very unfriendly! The quality of the food at the breakfast was very bad and there wasn't much choice! The hotel was far away from the city - we knew that - but we booked it because of the swimmingpool. The only reason for booking also turned out to be a disappointment - the swimmingpool was very cold and one of us got sick because of it. Just the Room and cleaning of the room was good! I will never come again - that´s for sure!

Hôtel bien situé,bon accueil petit déjeuner top bar au 40 étage avec une vue époustouflante et surtout un superbe accueil
Point négatif thermostat de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas du coup nous avons dormi avec plus de 25 degrés

I would definitely come over again for my stay in Paris. Room was great, included breakfast was good too. The Fitness area was my favorite point. Furthermore, it was easy to reach Centre of Paris from our Hotel and the staff was very good and courteous.

Très déçu, ayant réservé une chambre pour 24 h00 et ayant eu la même chambre ensuite pour 1 jour.
Les fixations de la douche me sont tombées dessus en prenant ma douche. La cabine de douche he présente dans la chambre.
Chambre déclassée par rapport à notre groupe de réservation.
Il faut appeler une vingtaine de fois pour réserver une chambre.
Manque d efficacité du personnel à l accueil.
Desactivation de la carte accès chambre au bout de 24h00.
Lors de la réservation, le personnel a mal orthographié mon nom et prénom, malgré la confirmation par mail. J etais introuvable dans l ordinateur....
