23.09.23It was great. Romy helped us check in and tell us about the local ongoings. The hotel is lovely but the rooms are a touch small. Hard time having two suitcases out at once but the rooms and bathrooms are very nice, and quiet!

21.09.23We had an issue with the room the first day where the main light and AC electricity stopped working and couldn't be fixed, forcing us to switch rooms. Communication could have been better when they were troubleshooting the problem, but in the the end they upgraded us rooms / perks, and were very sincere in helping us.

19.09.23In einem Hotel in Österreich erwarte ich, daß ich Deutsch mit den Angestellten sprechen kann. Die junge Frau in der Rezeption sprach kein Deutsch, hat mich mit Vornamen angesprochen, sie war im allgemeinen sehr unsicher, zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber nicht professionell. Andere Angestellten sprachen auch kein Deutsch. Das hätte ich nicht in einem fünf Sterne Hotel erwartet.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine Bewertung genommen haben. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht in allen Bereichen perfekt war. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit unserer Kollegin nicht zufrieden waren. Unsere Kollegen vor Ort besitzen Deutschkenntnisse. Die Kollegin auf die Sie hier anspielen hat zwar noch keinen perfekten Wortschatz, jedoch ist sie durchaus in der Lage sich mit den Gästen zu verständigen. Es ist zwar nicht auf einem Muttersprachen-Niveau, aber das stört uns nicht, da die Kollegin hier mit ihrer tollen Persönlichkeit glänzt. Oft versteht die Kollegin einen starken Dialekt nicht und spricht daher mit den Gästen auf Englisch, da Sie hier die Sprache nicht zuordnen kann. Wir bitten hier um Ihr Verständnis. Hieran werden wir weiter Arbeiten, damit Sie beim nächsten Mal rundum zufrieden sind und uns in positiver Erinnerung behalten.

19.09.23The hotel was great. Great location to some nice restaurants and bars and walking distance to the alt Stadt. We used the valet for our car which worked out great. The air conditioning could have been cooler that is a Europe thing). We were give a fan our final night which helped. Great staff!
