We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you experienced disturbances during your first night. Our night manager immediately offered you a quiet room for sleeping and the option to move rooms, both that night and the following day. We regret that the situation disrupted your rest and that you decided against a room change, even though we could not detect any noises afterwards.
Regarding housekeeping, we apologize sincerely for the misunderstanding. On the first day, we noted “later” with no specific time mentioned, which is why the service was postponed until you would notify us. On the second day, the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on your door, and we were informed to clean after 5pm, which was done. We are very sorry that this led to delays or disappointment, nevertheless. Please be assured that our team is happy to assist immediately after notification.

We would like to clarify the situation from our side: you initially came to us as a walk-in guest and later decided not to stay. After a short time, you returned and booked a room. Upon seeing your first room, you felt it was too small, so we offered you an upgrade to a suite. As is standard in hotels, upgraded room categories come at an additional cost, which in this case was €120. And no issues with cleanliness or used items were reported to us during your stay. Had we known, we would have been happy to address this immediately.
We also note that you decided to extend your stay for another night, which we understood as a sign that you were overall comfortable with your room. For this reason, we are surprised and saddened by your review.
Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your comments. We hope you might give us another opportunity in the future to offer you a more enjoyable experience.
