07.07.25Overall the staff tried but the hotel itself is not 5 stars. Housekeeping needs to do better. Front desk needs to heed the notes in the customer's booking. Also, when arranging a special dessert treat for a birthday, please give high importance to food allergies. We really appreciated the gesture and adorable note for my daughter, but the gentleman who took us to our room with the dessert had poor english, and was not certain which one had the specific nuts she was allergic to. They were all on the same plate, which is a big "no-no" when it comes to food allergies. Please take time to train staff and give more importance as it is a life and death matter. Another point on this is that we changed rooms due to noise, and left the dessert plate behind in the previous room. We left a "do not enter" room door light indicator on our door and left the hotel, to come back with the dessert plate in our room. While they may have thought it was a positive gesture, it was not because #1 for every hotel guest is security and safety - they did not listen to my request to not enter the room. This is not ok and must never happen again. They could have kept the dessert plate in a refrigerator at the kitchen and given it to us when the door light was off.

Die Lounge ist verbesserungswürdig - es wird selten geprüft, ob noch alles vorhanden bzw. was aufzufüllen ist. Geschockt war ich, dass mehrmals das Servicepersonal Wasserflaschen abgegriffen hat! Habe ich beim Checkout ebenfalls angesprochen!
