The location was superb, really convenient for all the sights on the Salzburg Card and for the airport by public transport. Close to Mirabell Gardens too
The rooms felt very clean and comfortable and good value for the price.
Breakfast was amazing, the food was delicious with a great choice and a good choice of drinks too.
The staff were so kind and helpful. It genuinely felt like they cared about you enjoying your stay. They went out of their way to make out 10th anniversary feel special and to apologise when the first room we were in had a minor issue with faulty air conditioning (resolved very quickly while we were out seeing the city.
We look forward to booking again to visit Salzburg in the Winter!

25.04.25There was a hiccup on my reservation when I booked on their website for 2 adults and a 5 yr old. When I arrived they said the room i booked was not allowed. I had to upgrade to Jr. Suite for 2 adults and 1 child. It felt more like an upset because I went back on their website later and inputted the same information with child and was able to book my original room. Aside from that, the hotel was luxury, service was top notch, and I would stay there again next time.
