The hotel is very basic. Front desk staff are friendly. The staff in the restaurant are very rude and unfriendly. Only one very small shelf in the bedroom to store clothes. The worst night sleep ever. The pillows are so soft that even with three pillows it is uncomfortable. One of my group members had back pain and headaches from these pillows. No side table next to the bed. A guest would expect proper juice at breakfast and not water with flavouring. What you pay and what you get are two different things.

Es war ein kurzer aber toller Aufenthalt. Moderne und saubere Anlage. Bei geschlossenen Fenster dringt kein Lärm durch. Sehr gute Lage, vieles zu Fuß erkunbar. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Sonst alles prima.

Es war hervorragend ein Punkt Abzug, weil wir einmal abends aufs Zimmer essen bestellen wollten und uns gesagt wurde es ginge nicht es wäre keiner da um zu kochen obwohl 24/7 steht.

I liked the hotel, especially your pet-friendly attitude! However nobody helped me with a luggage. I had several pieces+ dog so it was hard to manage this by my own. I believe it`s something that should be part of service. Also it was hard to find you using Google, later I was informed that you were aware about Google maps wrong matching your address. I came by car, needed to find parking and it was 30 minutes quest to find where is the entrance. Nevertheless I will recommend your hotel and definitely return next time
