We must admit that we are just as disappointed as you about all the trouble which in fact a not a usual case. Our breakfast generally is appreciated by our guests and we are sorry for your opposite experiences. As a matter of course we will not only discuss your notes with our service colleagues but also use it for internal training purpose to avoid further occurrences. Our rooms are designed in a minimalist industrial style which means open modern furnishing and we regret that you did not like this unique innovative concept.
