Alles war ok außer der Tatsache dass beim Check-in (etwa 15:30) nur ein einziger Mitarbeiter zur Verfügung stand und somit überfordert war. Somit bildete sich eine Reihe von 6 Paaren und man verlor seine Zeit bis zum Einchecken. Auch der 1-Click Check-in aus der H-Hotels App klappt nicht!

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad voor onze 3-daagse stedentrip Boedapest. Er zijn een aantal punten waar wij feedback op hebben: de kussens zijn echt heel dun (wij hebben een extra paar gevraagd), de opstelling van het ontbijt vonden wij niet logisch en het aanvullen van producten die op waren duurde lang, de airco op de kamer werkte niet heel erg goed waardoor het toch wel soms zweten was.

Die Anfahrt ist recht einfach. Das Hotel verfügt über eine nicht zu enge Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Plätzen.
Die Zimmer, das Frühstück und der Service sind sehr gut.
Der öffentliche Verkehr ist in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar, obwohl man ihn wegen der guten Lage kaum braucht.

Tolles modernes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Auto einfach in die Tiefgarage stellen und dann alles zufuss besichtigen. Tolle Stadt. Parkgebühren etwas teuer. Ca. 25€ pro Tag, aber sehr bequem und sicher. Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Terrasse erhalten. Top

Really good location. Friendly staff and very clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very strange with the mirror settings but we enjoyed our stay.

Hat alles gepasst, super Lage, Zimmer auch in Ordnung. Der Wasserabfluß der Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert und konnte auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden. Frühstück könnte besser sein.

The overall experience is good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very prepared, kind and polite. We asked for a taxi transfer from the airport the first day, but in order to book it you have to call one day in advance, so they're not very flexible. The real problem was the breakfast: we were always in the main room at 09h00 am during all our stay, and there were more than 60 people at this time. We know that the hotel is very big and there are a lot of guests, but the room isn't big enough to accomodate all of us. The buffet is very poor because there is a wide range of bread and that's all. Some ham and salami, a bowl of wurstel, and some sauces. In addition, there aren't waiter anywhere so if you have a problem you can't ask anybody and these few dishes are not replaced or filled. It was a disaster and it was a disaster because you can't spend two hours in the breakfast room to eat something, it's unthinkable, really uncomfortable and disappointing!
