Fairly new hotel in a good location. Staff were helpful. No language issues. Double room was good enough - very open plan. No closed wardrobe or bedside tables/shelves. Breakfast was adequate for the price.

The staff was very rude. The location is great if you don’t have a car. The breakfast was every day the same and you didn’t have much possibilities to choose from. The parking is very inconvenient, because at night they close it and you need to go outside of the car, to ring it in order to be opened. They say to put the towels that you need to be washed on the floor, but when we came back they had just folded back the same towels.

The negatives were: no safe or mini fridge in room, and not a lot of storage space. But the positives far overwhelmed any shortcomings: beautiful, sleek, modern design; comfortable bed; very quiet; fast elevator service; easy and quick check in; convenient location near many major tourist sites; excellent breakfast buffet; immaculate housekeeping; reasonable rates; and extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.
