Excellent value for money.
But we saw several guests hoarding the breakfast buffet day after day.
They took several whole breads making sandwiches to go out of them. This reduced the selection for the
customers and eg. crossaints were gone most days before 8:00 am.
Your staff didnt react on the bad behavior of the hoarders but they just ignored their bad behavior.

Sehr angenehmes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage zum Dom, zur Donau, verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zu den Fußgangerzonen. Auch mit Hund eine gute Wahl, wenn es um einen Zwischenstop geht. Etwas komöiziert waren die Baustellen bei der Anfahrt, aber auch da wurden wir im vorab vom Hotelservice informiert.

Okey hotel in Budapest. The rooms are good and modern. The AC display stopped working day 3 in our stay and the room was where hot because the couldnt turn in the AC because of the display.
The service was nothing special. The staff was friendly but the didnt help on the only question we had. My friend asked where he could post a letter and the receptionist just answered in a post office
If that would have been on some other hotel they would have told you the direction to the nearest post office, so I was a bit surprised over that answer.
But in total the hotel gets 3,5/5 from me. Might stay here again because of the price.
